These materials are provided solely for the use of the client or participant to whom they are supplied and must not be copied, shared, republished or used to deliver training by others without our written consent.

3.5 Consultancy Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, Purple Research Solutions Ltd retains ownership of all deliverables created during consultancy and project engagements.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes only. Clients must not:

• Sublicense, sell or redistribute the deliverables to third parties; or
• Use the deliverables to develop competing products or services that materially replicate our frameworks, methodologies or technical solutions.
